Private housing prices being unaffected by the brutal Iraqi invasion of the country. Knowledge thereof. Is not among matters of general knowledge presumed known to everyone. A judge may rule on the basis of what he derives from his experience thereof. - What is not considered contrary to what is established in the papers:-

عدم تأثر أسعار السكن الخاص بالغزو العراقي الغاشم للبلاد. العلم به. لا يعد من الشئون العامة التي تفترض علم الكافة بها. يجوز للقاضي أن يقضي بما يحصله من خبرته بها. - مالا يُعد مخالفاً للثابت بالأوراق:-Original Arabic judgment citations
