Issuance of a judgment concerning a joint and several obligation. Its effect. A judgment debtor who has missed the time limit for challenging it or has accepted it may challenge it during consideration of an appeal brought within the time limit by one of his co-parties, joining him in his requests - 295 - Civil Procedure otherwise the court shall order the appellant to join him, provided that he may not request anything contrary to or exceeding what the appellant requested in the appeal, otherwise it shall be inadmissible.
