English translation of the principle

Rules concerning the impermissibility of appealing judgments rendered within the final jurisdictional value limit of courts of first instance are rules relating to public policy. They may be appealed in the event of invalidity in the judgment or invalidity in the procedures affecting it. The defect of violating the law or erring in its application does not permit appeal. Example. - A judgment of the Court of First Instance is final if the value of the action does not exceed five thousand dinars.
