Printing, publishing, journalism, radio, television, transmission of news and images or advertisements, and sale of books. Commercial activities irrespective of the capacity or intention of the person undertaking them. - Licences of foreign companies having a branch in Kuwait or engaging in commercial activities. The condition for their issuance. - Conducting commercial agency activities. Prohibited for anyone who is not Kuwaiti. The reason for that prohibition and its connection with public order.

أعمال الطبع والنشر والصحافة والإذاعة والتلفزيون ونقل الأخبار والصور أو الإعلانات وبيع الكتب. أعمال تجارية بغض النظر عن صفة القائم بها أو نيته. - تراخيص الشركات الأجنبية التي لها فرع بالكويت أو التي تزاول أعمالاً تجارية. شرط صدورها. - مباشرة أعمال الوكالة التجارية. حظرها على من لا يكون كويتياً. علة ذلك الحظر واتصاله بالنظام العام.Original Arabic judgment citations
