The Administrative Circuit of the Court of First Instance. The legislature assigned it a special system for preparing actions before they are submitted to it, specified a particular monetary threshold for appealing judgments rendered by it, required service of the statement of claim and the appeal within the three days following deposit of the statement, and imposed a fixed fee on some of these actions.

الدائرة الإدارية بالمحكمة الكلية. أفرد لها المشرع نظاماً خاصاً لتحضير الدعاوى قبل طرحها عليها وحدد نصاباً معيناً لاستئناف الأحكام الصادرة منها وأوجب أن يتم إعلان صحيفة الدعوى والطعن بالاستئناف خلال ثلاثة أيام التالية لإيداع الصحيفة وفرض رسماً ثابتاً على بعض هذه الدعاوى.Original Arabic judgment citations
