English translation of the principle

A first-instance judgment rendered on the merits of the action. Its necessarily including an implicit ruling that the court has jurisdiction to hear it. A litigant’s restricting his appeal to the judgment’s ruling on the merits. Effect thereof. The implicit ruling on jurisdiction acquires res judicata effect. That effect may not be disregarded even if the judgment contravenes the rules of jurisdiction between judicial orders. Reason therefor.
