The binding authority of the arbitrators’ award. Its prerequisite. Signature of its draft by a majority of the arbitrators, rather than unanimously, provided that the draft records the refusal of anyone refusing to sign without stating the reason for the refusal. The validity of the award does not require the majority’s signature on the original copy. Rather, signing an original copy in its place suffices. - 632 - Procedure

حجية حكم المحكمين. مناطها. التوقيع على مسودته من أغلبية المحكمين دون إجماعهم على أن يذكر بالمسودة امتناع الممتنع عن التوقيع دون ذكر سبب الامتناع. لا يلزم لصحة الحكم توقيع الأغلبية على النسخة الأصلية. وإنما يكفي توقيع نسخة أصلية مكانها. - ٦٣٢ - المرافعاتOriginal Arabic judgment citations
