English translation of the principle
An agent's conclusion of a contract in the principal's name. All consequences of the contract accrue to the principal. His conclusion thereof outside the limits of his agency. Its effects do not accrue to the principal unless he ratifies it expressly or impliedly. Ratification has retroactive effect.

إبرام الوكيل عقداً باسم الموكل. انصراف كل ما يترتب على العقد إلى الموكل. إبرامه خارج حدود وكالته. آثاره لا تنصرف إلى الموكل ما لم يقره صراحة أو ضمناً. الإقرار يكون رجعي الأثر.Original Arabic judgment citations
