Judicial principle — Kuwait Court of Cassation

Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 967

State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Three · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

The trial court may, in the reasons for its judgment, confine itself to referring to the contents of the expert's report where it is convinced by its contents, and is not obliged to respond separately to the challenges directed against it. The contents of that report become an integral supplement to its judgment.
