English translation of the principle

Summary: - There is no legal impediment to the court setting out in its judgment the evidence of guilt as contained in the list of evidence submitted by the Public Prosecution. The condition for this. Rule: It is established that nothing in the law prevents the Criminal Court from setting out in its judgment the evidence of guilt as contained in the list of evidence submitted by the Public Prosecution, provided that it is in itself capable of supporting its conviction. Accordingly, criticism of its judgment in this regard—even if correct—is without foundation.
