Insurance against damage is void if not based on a legitimate economic interest. Necessary consequence thereof. Insurance against risks not sanctioned by law is impermissible. Example concerning the invalidity of insurance against risks arising from a non-Kuwaiti engaging in trade individually. In violation of public policy.
