The Board of Directors of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, chaired by the Minister of Oil, to which the State’s shares in the capital of Kuwait Oil Tanker Company have devolved. It has the powers of that company’s ordinary general assembly. The consequence thereof. All financial matters relating to it, including the benefits and remuneration granted to its members, must be submitted to it for approval.
