Transfer of ownership of company shares. Its condition. Their registration in the shareholders' register and with the company by the competent employee in the presence of the transferor and transferee. The reason therefor. Protection of the company and third parties against multiple dispositions that the owner of registered shares may make in favour of more than one transferee, resulting in competing claims to their ownership.
