A general partner's liability in his personal assets for the company's debts. Absolute liability. The provision in Article 22 of the Companies Law prohibiting restriction upon the partner's assets before notice to the company and its refusal to pay. It concerns the enforcement stage and does not preclude claiming the debt.

مسئولية الشريك المتضامن في أمواله الخاصة عن ديون الشركة. مسئولية مطلقة. النص في المادة ٢٢ من قانون الشركات على عدم جواز التقيد على أموال الشريك قبل إنذار الشركة وامتناعها عن الدفع. تعلقه بمرحلة التنفيذ وغير مانع من المطالبة بالدين.Original Arabic judgment citations
