General agency. Its nature. Its effect: it grants the agent only the right to undertake acts of administration. - An agreement involving a legal disposition. The agent must have a special power of attorney to conclude it or a general power of attorney expressly providing for it. - The agent's obligation to perform the agency without exceeding its limits. Breach thereof. Its effect: the excess is ineffective against the principal. - Ascertainment of the scope of the agency and the legal dispositions it includes falls within the authority of the trial court. الوكالة العامة. ماهيتها. أثرها: لا تخول الوكيل إلا الحق في أعمال الإدارة. - الإتفاق الذي ينطوي على تصرف قانوني. يجب أن يكون لدى الوكيل وكالة خاصة لإبرامه أو وكالة عامة ينص فيها صراحة على ذلك. - التزام الوكيل بتنفيذ الوكالة دون أن يجاوز حدودها. مخالفته ذلك. أثره: عدم نفاذ التجاوز في حق الموكل. - التعرف على مدى سعة الوكالة وما تشتمل عليه من تصرفات قانونية من سلطة محكمة الموضوع. شرط ذلك. مثال. - الوكالة بأجر:-Original Arabic judgment citations
