حظر اشتغال غير الكويتي بالتجارة الا مع شريك او شركاء كويتيين لهم %٥١ على الأقل من مجموع رأس المال. يستوي ان يكون اشتغال غير الكويتي بالذات او بطريقة الاستثمار وراء آخر. هدف المشرع من هذا الحظر. حماية التجارة المحلية وصون النشاط التجاري الوطني من مزاحمة العنصر الأجنبي. تعلق ذلك بالنظام العام. الإتفاق على مخالفة ذلك. اثره. البطلان المطلق.Original Arabic judgment citations
