A person who contracts on his own behalf. He may agree with the person with whom he contracts that the latter shall assume specific obligations which he undertakes to perform for a third party, the recipient of the benefit or beneficiary, who may be a person not individually identified at the time of the stipulation but capable of identification when the promisor is required to provide him with the stipulated benefit. The effect thereof. The person in whose favour the stipulation is made has a direct action against the promisor to obtain satisfaction of his right. The judgment's contravention thereof.
