Commission agency for carriage. Its nature: a contract under which the agent undertakes to contract, in his own name or in his principal's name, with a carrier to transport a thing or person to a specified destination in return for a commission. - Actions arising from claims for carriage charges arising from a contract for carriage of things and persons or from a commission agency contract. Time-barred after one year. The judgment's contravention thereof. An error in applying the law requiring its cassation.
