Absence of this intent on the part of an injured person towards the insurance company. Its effect. The release lacks the element of cause and is absolutely void. الإبراء تبرع محض من جانب الدائن. - السبب في التبرع هو نية التبرع التي تحركها عاطفة مودة أو شفقة أو إحسان. تخلف هذه النية لدى مصاب تجاه شركة التأمين. أثره. انحسار ركن السبب عن الإبراء وبطلانه بطلاناً مطلقاً. انتهاء الحكم إلى هذه النتيجة الصحيحة. النعي عليه بالخطأ في الأساس يكون غير منتج. - بطلان الإقرار:-Original Arabic judgment citations
