Publication offences. Actions in respect thereof shall not be brought if three months have elapsed from the date of publication, and the compensation action lapses if the injured party does not bring it within that period, unless circumstances of force majeure prevented its being brought. This time limit is not subject to suspension(¿).

جرائم النشر. لا تقام الدعاوى عنها إذا انقضى على تاريخ النشر ثلاثة أشهر وتسقط دعوى التعويض إذا لم يرفعها المتضرر خلال تلك المدة ما لم تكن هناك ظروف قهرية حالت دون رفعها. عدم ورود الوقف على هذا الميعاد(¿).Original Arabic judgment citations
