Rights arising from representation or agency in favour of the dissolver or principal against the representative or agent. Suspension applies to actions brought in respect thereof. Suspension of the limitation period for an action arising from a marine insurance contract because of the existence of an impediment under the former Commercial Law until after the Maritime Commercial Law entered into force.
