Referral of the debtor to the Institution for the Settlement of Transactions Relating to Company Shares Concluded on Deferred Terms. Does not prevent his creditors from resorting to the ordinary courts to obtain judgments for debts unrelated to these transactions. Its effect. Limited to staying enforcement of these judgments, except judgments whose holders have mortgages or special preferential rights.
