An employee’s violation of the prohibition imposed upon him against working for others. An administrative violation that does not entail depriving him of the wages he earned with others. - The basis of the employer’s obligation to pay the wages to which the worker is entitled is the worker’s obligation to perform the agreed work. This is not affected by the legislature having excepted certain cases. - His obligation to be honest in his work and to refrain from any conduct liable to undermine confidence in him:-

مخالفة الموظف للحظر المفروض عليه من العمل لدى الغير. مخالفة إدارية لا يترتب عليها حرمانه مما استحقه من أجر لدى الغير. - مناط التزام رب العمل بدفع الأجر الذي يستحقه العامل هو التزام العامل بأداء العمل المتفق عليه. لا ينال من ذلك أن المشرع قد استثنى حالات معينة. - التزامه بالأمانة في عمله والبعد عن كل تصرف من شأنه زعزعة الثقة فيه:-Original Arabic judgment citations
