A non-Kuwaiti depositing his funds with a bank or company for investment for his account. Permissible. Its condition. That it fall within its objects. This applies to all companies, including local investment and exchange companies and limited liability companies, as an exception to Article 187 of the Companies Law.

إيداع غير كويتي أمواله في أحد البنوك أو الشركات لاستثمارها لحسابه. جائز. شرط ذلك. أن يكون داخلاً ضمن أغراضها. سريان ذلك على كافة الشركات بما فيها شركات الاستثمار والصرافة المحلية والشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة اسثناءاً من حكم المادة ١٨٧ من ق الشركات.Original Arabic judgment citations
