Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 70

The inclusion in the Unified Economic Agreement between the Cooperation Council states of a provision stipulating their agreement on the implementing rules concerning each state's treatment of nationals of the other Council states in the same manner as its own nationals, without differentiation or discrimination in engaging in commerce. Does not mean that this is automatically permitted unless the relevant legislation is enacted.
