Transfer of ownership of the insured thing to a particular successor. Its effect. - The owner of the new car causing an accident without holding a driving licence and before the vehicle licence is transferred to him. The insurer may seek recourse against him and the former owner jointly and severally for the compensation it paid to the injured party. انتقال ملكية الشيء المؤمن عليه إلى خلف خاص. أثره. - ارتكاب مالك السيارة الجديدة حادثاً دون أن يكون حاصلاً على رخصة قيادة وقبل نقل ترخيص السيارة إليه. للمؤمن الرجوع عليه وعلى المالك القديم متضامنين بالتعويض الذي أداه للمضرور. علم المالك القديم بحيازة المالك الجديد لرخصة قيادة من عدمه. لا يشترط. اساس ذلك.Original Arabic judgment citations
