۱ - الحمل المستكن أهل لثبوت الحقوق التي لا يحتاج سببها إلى قبول, وذلك
بشرط تمام ولادته حيا .
٢ - ومع ذلك تجوز له الهبة الخالصة، وتجب عليه الالتزامات التي تقتضيها إدارة
ماله.
