1 - The domicile of a minor, an interdicted person, a missing person, or an absent person shall be the domicile of his legal representative. 2 - Nevertheless, a minor or an interdicted person shall have a special domicile in respect of dispositions which the law deems him capable of undertaking.

۱ - موطن القاصر أو المحجور عليه أو المفقود أو الغائب هو موطن من ينوب عنه

٢ - ومع ذلك يكون للقاصر أو المحجور عليه موطن خاص بالنسبة إلى التصرفات
