1 - An elected domicile may be adopted for a particular legal act. 2 - The elected domicile shall be recognized in respect of everything relating to the legal act for which it was chosen, unless otherwise expressly stipulated. 3 - The elected domicile must be established in writing.

١ - يجوز اتخاذ موطن مختار لعمل قانوني معين.
٢ - ويعتد بالموطن المختار بالنسبة إلى كل ما يتعلق بالعمل القانوني الذي اختير له,
ما لم يشترط صراحة غير ذلك.
