Article 166 of Civil Code

An action for gross disparity shall be time-barred if not brought within one year, commencing, for the State or other public legal persons and the waqf entity, from the time the contract is concluded, and for persons lacking or having limited legal capacity, from the date full capacity is attained or death occurs.
