Article 28 of Civil Code

1 - Fungible things are those whose individual units are identical or sufficiently similar that, according to custom, some may replace others without any significant difference, and which are assessed in dealings by number, capacity, weight, or measurement. 2 - Non-fungible things are those whose individual units differ in qualities or value to an extent significant according to custom, or whose individual units are rarely found in circulation.
