English translation
1 - An action on the warranty against defects shall lapse upon the expiry of one year from delivery of the thing sold, even if the buyer discovers the defect only thereafter, unless the seller accepts liability under the warranty for a longer period. 2 - The seller may not invoke the lapse if it is established that he intentionally concealed the defect fraudulently.

۱ - تسقط دعوى ضمان العيب إذا انقضت سنة من وقت تسليم المبيع, ولو لم
يكشف المشتري العيب إلا بعد ذلك, ما لم يقبل البائع أن يلتزم بالضمان لمدة
أطول.
