1 - A settlement shall neither benefit nor harm persons other than its parties, even if it concerns an indivisible subject matter. 2 - Nevertheless, persons jointly and severally entitled or liable, whether creditors or debtors, may invoke a settlement concluded by one of them if they consider it beneficial to them.

١ - لا يترتب على الصلح نفع أو ضرر لغير عاقديه, حتى لو وقع على محل لا يقبل
التجزئة .
٢ - ومع ذلك يحق للمتضامنين دائنين كانوا أو مدينين أن يتمسكوا بالصلح الذي
