English translation
1 - The yield shall be distributed between the parties in the agreed proportion. If no proportion is agreed, the customary proportion shall be observed. If there is neither agreement nor custom, each shall receive half the yield. 2 - It may not be agreed that either party's share shall be a specified quantity of the crop or the crop of a specified part of the land. ١ - توزع الغلة بين الطرفين بالنسبة المتفق عليها, فإذا لم يتفق على نسبة روعي النسبة
التي يجري بها العرف, فإذا لم يوجد اتفاق أو عرف كان لكل منهما نصف الغلة.
٢ - ولا يجوز الاتفاق على أن تكون حصة أحد الطرفين مقدارا محددا من المحصول
