۱ - متى انتهت الإعارة وجب على المستعير أن يرد العارية بالحالة التي تكون عليها،
وذلك دون إخلال بمسئوليته عن الهلاك أو التلف وفقا لما يقضي به القانون.
٢ - ويجب رد العارية في المكان الذي يكون المستعير قد تسلمها فيه, ما لم يوجد
اتفاق يقضي بغير ذلك.
