English translation
1 - A loan for use terminates upon expiry of the agreed term. If no term is specified, it terminates upon use of the borrowed thing for the purpose for which it was lent. 2 - If there is no means of determining the duration of the loan for use, the lender may request its termination at any time. 3 - In all cases, the borrower may return the borrowed thing before the loan for use terminates. However, if that return harms the lender, he shall not be compelled to accept it.

١ - تنتهي الإعارة بانقضاء الأجل المتفق عليه, فإذا لم يعين لها اجل انتهت باستعمال
