Article 740 of Civil Code

1 - The custodian shall preserve and administer the property entrusted to his custody, and shall exercise in doing so the care of an ordinary person. 2 - He may not delegate the performance of all or part of his task to any interested party without the consent of the others or the permission of the judge.
