Article 920 of Civil Code

1 - Possession may be transferred if the successor receives that which enables him to take physical delivery of the thing. 2 - In particular, delivery of the documents issued for goods entrusted to a carrier or deposited in warehouses shall stand in place of delivery of the goods themselves. However, if one person receives these documents and another receives the goods themselves, and both are in good faith, priority shall belong to the person who received the goods.
