English translation
The National Assembly shall consist of fifty members elected by universal, secret and direct election in accordance with the Election Law. Ministers who are not elected to the National Assembly shall be considered members of this Assembly by virtue of their offices, and the total number of ministers shall not exceed one-third of the number of members of the National Assembly.

يتألف مجلس الأمة من خمسين عضوا ينتخبون بطريق الانتخاب العام السري المباشر
وفقا لقانون الانتخاب.
ويعتبر الوزراء غير المنتخبين بمجلس الأمة أعضاء في هذا المجلس بحكم وظائفهم
