Article 5 of Law No. 12 of 1963 concerning the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly

Every voter may request the annulment of the election held in his constituency, and every candidate may request this in the constituency in which he was a candidate. The application must contain a statement of the grounds of the challenge and be accompanied by supporting documents. The application, with the signature thereon authenticated before the district mukhtar, shall be submitted to the General Secretariat of the National Assembly within fifteen days of the announcement of the election result. If authentication in the manner prescribed in the preceding paragraph is impossible for any reason Index of the Law 53 Home Page Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly Law No. 12 of 1963 concerning the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly whatsoever, it may be carried out before the General Secretariat of the National Assembly within the aforementioned time limit.
