English translation
The committee shall send a copy of the challenge to the member whose membership validity is challenged, so that he may present his grounds of defence to it in writing or orally at the time it sets for him. He may inspect the documents submitted. The challenger may likewise submit written or oral statements to the committee explaining the grounds of his challenge.

ترسل اللجنة صورة من الطعن إلى العضو المطعون في صحة عضويته ليقدم لها
أوجه دفاعه كتابةً أو شفويا في الموعد الذي تحدده له، وله أن يطلع على المستندات
المقدمة.
وللطاعن كذلك أن يقدم للجنة بيانات كتابية أو شفوية يوضح بها أسباب طعنه.Ask about this article
