English translation
The committee shall submit its report to the Assembly within a period not exceeding one month from the date of its formation or the expiry of the period for challenges, whichever is longer. If it does not submit the report within the aforementioned time limit, the matter shall be presented to the Assembly at the first subsequent sitting for it to take whatever action it deems appropriate in this regard.
