English translation
If a member is in one of the cases of prohibited combination provided for in the preceding two articles, he must specify, within the eight days following the arising of the combination, which of the two positions he chooses. If he fails to do so, he shall be deemed to have chosen the more recent of them. Where the validity of membership is challenged, the combination shall not be considered to exist until the date of issuance of the final decision rejecting the challenge.

إذا وجد العضو في حالة من حالات عدم الجمع المنصوص عليها في المادتين السابقتين
وجب عليه أن يحدد في خلال الثمانية الأيام التالية لقيام حالة الجمع أي الأمرين
يختار، فإن لم يفعل اعتبر مختارًا لأحدثهما .
وفي حالة الطعن في صحة العضوية لا تعتبر حالة الجمع قائمة إلا من تاريخ صدور
