English translation
The request for permission to lift a member's immunity shall be submitted to the Speaker of the Assembly by the competent minister or by the person wishing to bring his action before the criminal courts. The minister must attach to the request the papers of the case in which criminal proceedings are sought, and the individual must attach a copy of the statement of claim he intends to file, together with its supporting documents. The Speaker of the Assembly shall refer the said requests to the Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee, and their consideration in the committee and before the Assembly shall be expedited.

يقدم طلب الإذن برفع الحصانة عن العضو إلى رئيس المجلس من الوزير المختص
أو ممن يريد رفع دعواه إلى المحاكم الجزائية.
ويجب أن يرفق الوزير بالطلب أوراق القضية المطلوب اتخاذ إجراءات جزائية فيها
وأن يرفق الفرد صورة من عريضة الدعوى التي يزمع رفعها مع المستندات المؤيدة
لها.
ويحيل رئيس المجلس الطلبات المذكورة إلى لجنة الشؤون التشريعية والقانونية،
ويكون نظرها في اللجنة وأمام المجلس بطريق الاستعجال.Ask about this article
