English translation
If witnesses fail to appear before the committee after being legally served, or appear and refuse to answer, or testify untruthfully, the committee may request the Speaker of the Assembly to address the Minister of Justice concerning the institution of public proceedings against them pursuant to the Penal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code.

إذا تخلف الشهود عن الحضور أمام اللجنة بعد إعلانهم بالطريق القانوني أو حضروا
وامتنعوا عن الإجابة، أو شهدوا بغير الحق، فللجنة أن تطلب من رئيس المجلس
مخاطبة وزير العدل بشأن رفع الدعوى العمومية عليهم طبقا لقانوني الجزاء
