English translation
The press must be faithful in reporting and summarizing the Assembly's sittings. Every member shall be entitled to request correction of errors by a written letter that the Speaker shall send to the newspapers that distorted the facts. They must publish the letter in the first issue without comment. This shall not preclude the institution of public proceedings.

على الصحافة أن تكون أمينة في نقل وتلخيص جلسات المجلس، ويحق لكل عضو
أن يطلب تصحيح الأخطاء بكتاب خطي يرسله الرئيس إلى الصحف التي شوهت
الوقائع وعليها أن تنشر الكتاب في أول عدد دون تعليق، ولا يمنع هذا من إقامة
