English translation
After the issuance of the law concerning the Assembly's budget, the appropriation allocated to it in the State budget shall be deposited with the entity selected by the Bureau of the Assembly. No disbursement shall be made from this appropriation except with the permission of the Speaker of the Assembly or his deputy for that purpose.

بعد صدور القانون الخاص بميزانية المجلس يودع الاعتماد المخصص لها بميزانية
الدولة في الجهة التي يختارها مكتب المجلس، ولا يصرف من هذا الاعتماد إلا بإذن
