English translation
The Amir may, by decree, postpone the meeting of the National Assembly for a period not exceeding one month. Postponement may not be repeated during the same session except with the Assembly's approval and for one period. The postponement period shall not be counted as part of the session.

للأمير أن يؤجل بمرسوم اجتماع مجلس الأمة لمدة لا تجاوز شهرًا، ولا يتكرر التأجيل
في دور الانعقاد الواحد إلا بموافقة المجلس ولمدة واحدة، ولا تحسب مدة التأجيل
