Article 101 of Constitution of the State of Kuwait

English translation

Every minister is responsible to the National Assembly for the acts of his ministry. If the Assembly resolves that it has no confidence in a minister, he shall be deemed to have relinquished his ministerial office from the date of the no-confidence resolution and shall submit his resignation immediately. The question of confidence in a minister may not be raised except at his own wish or upon a request signed by ten members following discussion of an interpellation addressed to him. The Assembly may not adopt its resolution on the request before seven days have elapsed from its submission. Withdrawal of confidence from a minister shall be by a majority of the members constituting the Assembly, excluding ministers. Ministers shall not participate in the vote on confidence.
