English translation
No authority shall have power over a judge in his adjudication, and interference in the course of justice is under no circumstances permissible. The law guarantees the independence of the judiciary and specifies the safeguards for judges, the special provisions, and the circumstances of their irremovability.

لا سلطان لأي جهة على القاضي في قضائه، ولا يجوز بحال التدخل في سير العدالة،
ويكفل القانون استقلال القضاء ويبين ضمانات القضاة والأحكام الخاصة
